Consultations

Let’s talk! You are on the greatest journey of your life, the journey to parenthood. This can be a scary time, filled with false information and stereotype. The informational doula role is very important to me for this reason. This is your time to reflect on your ideals and energetic focus on growth and love. These consultations are your chance to ask the questions, share the fears, and get the guidance that you need to help on that journey.

Labor Doula

Doulas provide physical, emotional, verbal, and informational support throughout pregnancy and birth. This means many different things depending on the level of the support each family desires. Remember, you are in control! How can I can help? What birth goals would you like to accomplish? What resources/skills could help you achieve that goal?

This service include labor preparation. This means check-ins, practices, questions/answer, and visits throughout your pregnancy, if you desire. Service also includes labor support, for the entirety of the time that you desire my assistance. This service includes 24/7 availability by phone/text/email.

Postpartum Services

I provide a number of services to assist in postpartum healing. The services that I provide are based on ancient and modern practices, and altered for my skills and “modern motherhood”. These services are designed to assist the family through the first months following delivery. This is a time for the family to learn more about their needs and discover a system that works for their needs. How much support do you have as you navigate motherhood and/or fatherhood? Have you found yourself under-prepared? These services are meant to lift some burdens.
